We now have the UK’s top two fresh produce brands in our Coregeo® stable after Tenderstem® secured the number 2 position behind Pink Lady®.
Tenderstem® continues to achieve double-digit growth and has overtaken Florette and Albert Bartlett to take second spot. Pink Lady® also continues to go from strength to strength, with total website visits up 60% year-on-year for the first half of 2017.
Our major investment in turning these names into the two most successful fresh produce brands in the UK is down to our unique business model. Our carefully targeted brand advertising and retail marketing strategies are supported by celebrity link-ups, high profile sponsorship deals and experiential activity.
High profile endorsements and partnerships involving fitness pioneer The Body Coach Joe Wicks and celebrity chef Donal Skehan have also given Tenderstem® a huge boost.
We are using a similar approach in managing a marketing and PR campaign to support the introduction of four members of a new generation plum fruit brand, Metis®, to the UK this summer.
